The rules for using SenSalon during early access.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using SenSalon (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. SenSalon is operated by SenSalon LLC (“SenSalon”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us by mail at: 8101 College Blvd, Suite 100, Overland Park, KS 66210.

2. The Service

SenSalon is an all-in-one SaaS platform built for nail salons, including AI Receptionist, AI Voice Booking, AI CheckIn, online booking, point of sale, fair-turn rotation, and rewards. During early access, features may change, become temporarily unavailable, or be retired without notice.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the business you represent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or systems connected to it.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam, harass others, or transmit harmful code.

5. Fees and subscriptions

During the early-access program, the Service may be offered at no charge or at reduced pricing. Once general availability begins, paid subscription plans will apply. We will provide notice of any pricing before charging your business.

6. Customer data

You retain all rights to data you upload or generate using the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant SenSalon a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by SenSalon and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive no ownership rights by using the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SenSalon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
